Our first custom hatchet is trade axe style -- 1 lb. head hand-forged and wrapped around a 14" hickory handle. This is the type of hatchet that would have been carried in the New England woods around the Revolutionary War. A one-of-a-kind heirloom to use and pass down for generations!
