Custom English Kent Style Axe

And now for something completely different . . . Our take on an English Kent style axe. These axes were predominantly used by boat builders and could have a single or double bevel. Our 1.5# version has the double bevel of a traditional axe and is forged from 1045 US carbon steel. Hung on an 18" A grade handle and secured with a black walnut wedge. Comes with a Maine-made leather sheath.
