Here is unique collectible. A Michigan pattern axe from Boston's Baldwin, Robbins & Company that dates back to 1909! These "Hub" axes have a stamp with the word Hub in one diamond and the year of manufacture -- here 1909 -- in another diamond.

Our friend Michael McBride has a nice article on these axes on his site Exploring Axe History.

This Hub axe comes in at 2.25# and is hung on a 23" A grade, Amish turned, hickory handle. Comes with a Maine made leather sheath.
