This hatchet packs a wallop! A 2lb. head sits on an 18" Amish-turned hickory handle secured by a black walnut wedge. Great for camping or cutting kindling near the wood stove. Nicely stamped with the "Lakeside" brand. These axes were sold by Montgomery Ward through the 1960's. Comes with a custom leather sheath.
